Ruit Therapy
Repetitive Use Injury Therapy. This is a unique therapy that combines compression, extension and movement to break up scar tissue, lengthen the muscle and provide relief from pain.
Hot Stone
The hot stones are place in specific areas to warm up the muscles so they can be worked. The stones are also used in the actual massage. The heat can be deeply relaxing and allows deeper muscle work.

Unlike classic massage therapy, which is used for relaxation, deep tissue massage usually focuses on a specific problem, such as: Chronic pain, Limited mobility, Recovery from injuries (e.g. whiplash, falls, sports injury), Repetitive strain injury, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, Postural problems, Ostearthritis pain, Fibromyalgia, and Muscle tension or spasm.
Infant Massage Instruction
All babies should be massaged, touched and loved to promote their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. The approach is empowering and will help improve the parent infant attachment process. Massage improves circulation, enhances neurological development. It also helps to normalize muscle tone, increasing oxygen and nutrient flow to cells.

This technique is using soft touch that releases restrictions in soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.
Muscle Release Technique
The use of pressure in specific spots will release restrictions in seemingly unrelated places.
